My Approach

At Plan BE, we understand that life doesn’t always follow the script we imagined. Sometimes Plan A falls apart — and with it, the version of life we hoped for. But that doesn’t mean we’re left with nothing. In fact, I believe that what comes next can be just as meaningful, if not more so. That’s where Plan BE begins. It’s not just a backup plan — it’s a better one. It’s the space we create when we allow ourselves to just BE — to be real, present, open, and curious. It’s about reconnecting with ourselves, even in the middle of stress, burnout, relationship struggles, or academic challenges. And it’s about building new habits, new mindsets, and new ways of feeling good — not just in hindsight, but as we live it.

My work is rooted in positive psychology and coaching-based therapy, because I believe that most people don’t need to be “fixed” — they just need to learn how. Most of us are doing our best to hold it together, and with the right tools, support, and space to be truly heard, we can move toward a life that feels intentional, calm, and fulfilling. Whether you’re an adult overwhelmed by life’s demands or a student trying to stay afloat, Plan BE is about helping you build skills to feel better, function better, and live well.

Equally important to me is how we connect. I believe real change begins with real connection — and that’s why I offer both virtual and in-person support, based on what feels most natural for you. While virtual therapy is a powerful tool in our fast-paced world, in-person sessions add something deeply grounding and personal. I meet clients where they are — whether that’s at their office, in their home, at school, or even in the park for a walk. Because getting help shouldn’t require flipping your world upside down — and sometimes, the best work happens where you feel most at ease.

At the heart of it, my approach is simple: human, flexible, and focused on helping you create a life that feels like yours. Not perfect. Not always easy. But honest, empowering, and good to live in.
