Therapy

Relationships are some of the most meaningful — and most complex — parts of our lives. When they’re strong, we feel seen, supported, and safe. But when things feel disconnected, tense, or stuck, even everyday moments can become sources of stress or frustration. Couples therapy at Plan BE is a space to pause, untangle patterns, and reconnect with what brought you together in the first place.

Whether you’re navigating communication issues, trust challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling like you’re drifting apart, therapy helps you slow down and really listen — to yourself and each other. You’ll learn to understand not just what’s being said, but what’s really underneath it. Using evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method (Level II trained), I help couples rebuild connection, improve communication, repair conflict, and rediscover intimacy — emotionally, physically, and mentally.

But at Plan BE, we do more than work on problems. We also explore how to build a relationship that thrives. A relationship where both partners feel safe to be themselves — where love, support, and partnership feel real again. Because Plan A — the picture-perfect version of your relationship you once imagined — may have changed. Life, stress, parenting, careers, or past wounds might have shifted the dynamic. That doesn’t mean it’s over. It means it’s time for Plan BE. Not just a backup plan — a better one. One built on honesty, presence, emotional growth, and shared goals.

Some couples prefer traditional office sessions. Others find they open up more on a walk, in their home, or even over a virtual call. I offer flexibility in how and where we meet — because building a better relationship shouldn’t feel like another stressor. What matters most is that you're showing up for each other — and I’m here to guide you as you do.
